Ground floor – street-front commerce, synagogue, youth club and clinics.

First floor – 4 kindergarten classrooms.

Second floor – 3-classroom daycare.

Including underground parking, a garbage and recycling room, and development work.

Optimal planning of the lot and the structure that utilizes all of the land rights permitted in the project, while complying with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor (the agency that approves daycares at the time), the Ministry of Health (clinic) and all municipal agencies in accordance with any planned designation of the lot.
