Guided by Experience

Our Journey

The firm was founded in 2002 in Kafr Kanna, in the Lower Galilee, by Suliman Awawdeh, a young engineer at the beginning of his career, with a clear vision: to promote high quality management and supervision of public projects and to lead planning processes tailored to the needs of local communities. From the outset, our work has focused on public-sector projects—schools, kindergartens, community centers, and various civic buildings—while maintaining the highest professional standards and a deep sensitivity to the local context.

Over the years, the scope of our work has expanded significantly. We began supporting complex, multi-disciplinary projects—while staying true to the core values that have guided us since day one. In 2019, as part of a natural growth process, our headquarters relocated to Tziporit. Today, our team includes around 60 professionals—architects, engineers, project managers, consultants, supervisors, and interior designers—all united by a shared vision and commitment.

Progressing with Confidence

Ongoing Action

At the intersection of accumulated experience and managerial innovation, Datum operates today on a solid professional foundation—both in human capital and in its comprehensive supervision and engineering coordination systems.

Our day-to-day work focuses on overseeing public-sector projects of all scales across Israel—from schools and kindergartens to day centers, mikvehs, synagogues, parks, and multi-purpose buildings that serve diverse communities.

We place a strong emphasis on precise, efficient, and well-executed construction—grounded in a deep understanding of regulatory standards, familiarity with governmental systems, and meticulous budget and schedule management.

Our distinct strength lies in our ability to integrate and lead mixed-use projects—for example, a structure that combines an educational facility with a community space—while ensuring an optimal user experience and context-sensitive planning and design.
